This 2hour course delves into how to cascade a company culture that is inclusive of Neurodiverse/Neurodivergent individuals and how management can more effectively utilise Neurodiverse/Neurodivergent individuals on their teams. This course will give the leaders and managers an overview of NeuroDiversity and provide them with the tools to become champions for Neurodiversity within the organisation. This course will also touch on environmental factors and team dynamics in relation to creating an inclusive work life.
You will have the opportunity to engage in exercises and in depth discussion around the subject of Neurodiversity. You will also learn how you can champion those who think differently within your organisation.
